We may be able to grow some of our own produce within city limits, but the urban food production buck pretty much stops there; besides the occasional backyard chicken coop, most livestock isn’t cut out for city life.
In comes the need for a trusted meat source. We have the good fortune of being surrounded by plenty of prudent vendors in our borough, including Fleisher’s Grass-fed and Organic Meats. Chances are that if you have a carnivore craving, they can satisfy it with their pastured beef, pork, lamb and poultry selections.
