What we’re doing:
Monday: Lloyd Handwerker, grandson of Nathan himself, will be presenting a documentary and his new book about the historical Coney Island spot.
Tuesday: Brooklyn Brainery wants to show you the art of the dumpling in this two-hour class. There will be meat and vegetarian options!
Wednesday: Indian Ladder Farmstead Cidery and Brewery is an estate brewery and cidery that grows its own hops, barley and apples, and they’ll be sampling their stuff at Wassail.
Thursday: We’ll quote Brooklyn FoodWorks on their pairing dinner with Brooklyn Brewery: “A beer dinner in a former pharmaceutical plant turned foodmakers’ paradise? We say why not.” Check out the menu.
Friday: The Tortilleria Nixtamal pop-up at Threes Brewing is still going, so enjoy delicious corn tortillas and the craft brews together while you can.
Saturday: Narcissa wants you to enjoy lobster, ribs, New Jersey corn and way more at their three-day Fourth of July celebration.
Sunday: Need new summer duds? Go visit the Brooklyn Flea’s Grand Army Plaza Market.
Coming Soon: Good Beer is next month! Make sure to get your tickets for a night of beer and fun. If you’ll be on Long Island in August (or want to take a day trip), don’t miss our Food Truck Derby, taking place on the East End.
