Monday: Do you want to elevate your pancake game? Take this class on the history and science of all sorts of flapjacks—from standard American to French crêpes to Ethiopian injera and more—at Brooklyn Brainery.
Tuesday: Delicious and whimsical Morgenstern’s Finest Ice Cream is once again celebrating its Kanye Ice Cream Week through June 12 with some crazy specials, including an ice-cream-stuffed croissantwich custom-made by Arcade Bakery.
Wednesday: Fancy yourself a barbecue aficionado? Gowanus’s Pig Beach is kicking off its guest pit master series with Pappy’s Smokehouse.
Thursday: Head up to the Bronx to experience what some say is the true Little Italy: Arthur Avenue. MOFAD City is bringing together community members for a discussion of its past, present and future.
Friday: Food Loves Tech’s opening night features a talk between chef/restaurateur José Andrés and Gary Vaynerchuk—as well as cocktails and hors d’oeuvres.
Saturday: Got a lot of new white clothes you wanna show off? Check out PopUp Dinner Brooklyn. Ticket sales benefit the Prospect Park Alliance.
Sunday: Chef Alex Raij of Txikito and Fany Gerson (the sweets genius behind Dough doughnuts and La Newyorkina paletas) are joining forces at Colonia Verde for Sunday Asados.
